SEO Analyst

 SEO Analyst will be part of a growing and high achieving young marketing team and involved in many related client sites:

Experience :1 - 3 years

Job Description :

	Analyze the competition
	Will Optimize tags, content and hyper links
	Submit to relevant engines and directories
	Research current keywords and optimizing further
	Identify new keywords and create content pages that are of interest
	Improve backward links by identifying sites that are worth linking to
	Revise descriptions, tags and content to suit user activity
	Will learn & work under team based environment.

Skill Set :

	Excellent knowledge of SEO/Link Building
	Ability to analyze, show the competitive keyword ranking on Major search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN
	Should have knowledge of On/Off Page optimization, Dynamic page optimization, PPC, Google Adwords
	Flair for writing / documentation / reporting
	Excellent written communication skills
	Experience in managing affiliate campaigns will be a big plus

System Administrator - Linux

Qualification : Any graduate/Diploma. Must have completed RHCE

Experience : 1.5 to 4 years of RHEL (RedHat Enterprise Linux) and/or troubleshooting experience.

	Must have the following technical experience:
	PC hardware troubleshooting. Linux - RHEL/CentOS. Application and database server software management and tuning experience preferably Apache/Tomcat(jk) with MySQL. Linux troubleshooting including crash dump analysis. Networking knowledge in the areas of LAN topology, TCP/IP, routers, firewalls. Understanding of systems monitoring, SNMP/MIBs or other Systems Management platforms.
	Advantageous but not essential technical experience:
	Microsoft Windows XP, 2003 Server and MSSQL experience. Experience in one of the scripting languages (sh/ksh/bash, perl, csh). Knowledge about Enterprise level storage systems like EMC storage arrays. Knowledge of software development using the 'C coding language. Knowledge about content filtering tools or devices. Knowledge in the areas of load balancing and security policies.

Software Engineer - UI Development (Python & Django)

Qualification : B.Tech/M.Tech/MS in Computer Science

Experience : 1 to 3 years

	Working knowledge of Python essential
	Experience with dynamic web page development, including CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and RIA technologies
	Knowledge of Django/Pylon would be better, but can also work with and understand other Java/PHP techstacks
	Prior experience in Secure-Database-centric application development, preferably with MySQL

Database (MySQL) developer and administrator

Qualification : B.Tech/M.Tech/MS in Computer Science

Experience : 2 to 4 years

	Experience with best practices in data modeling and design (schema design, normalization, etc)
	Experience with MySQL administration and SQL optimization and tuning - know how to manage a 500GB or a 1Tb database.
	Knowledge of replication and clustering would be beneficial.
	Experience with any open source or commercial Business Intelligence tool (e.g. Jasper, BIRT, Pentaho, MS Reporting Services, Cognos, Business Objects, etc)
	Experience with OLAP cubes, drill-down reports, ad-hoc reports, and user selectable parameterized reports.
	Understanding of data-migration and porting issues between Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, MS-SQL server.
